I like...

big

cups
and I cannot lie!
After dropping Baylor off at school today we stopped at McDonald's to get Coop some sausage and a hashbrown and I got a Root Beer. Park thought he hit the jackpot when he swiped the cup off of the table. It was mostly gone but he tried hard to get any last bit out of the cup!

Sweetie's Bday Celebration

We went to Little Mexico for Sweetie's birthday.
Parker loves the girls.
Sweetie brought the boys a gift for her birthday. Park got Mario, Cooper got a Buzz puzzle, and Baylor got the Taj Mahal puzzle. Baylor swiped the Mario backpack.
These girls are so special.
Baylor had fun with Pop.
Cheese.
Coop sat by Mimi and he was busy being a baby dolphin.
Sweetie's actual birthday was on Monday February 21 but we were out of town so she wanted to wait and celebrate when we got home. Tom had to go out of town again but the boys and I went with Mimi and Pop and Miss Tina. We had her birthday dinner at Little Mexico. She had a great time and loved her presents. She is such a sweet and special person and has been so nice to our family. Happy Birthday!

House Update End of Week 6

The new front door.
The new stairs.
A barricade to keep the boys safe.
The floors are here.
I love the trim.
The sliding glass door in the kitchen.
Since we were gone this week it was hard to know about what went on each day but they were busy. The stairs are under construction now which makes the front stairs off limits. The front door is also in and we love how much light it lets in. All of the trim is up and the painter has started sanding and caulking and will start painting next week.

We're Home

and we are worn out!

The Florida Aquarium

The Florida Aquarium is right next to the port and I wanted to get on the cruise ship!
They loved the touch pool.
Checking out the turtles.
So much to see.
Parker spent lots of time in the stroller watching.
Some of these fish were huge.
We love the sea turtles.
Lots of fish.
The biggest fish I've ever seen.
They loved their time with Daddy.
Don't they look sweet.
The aquarium was such a fun place.
The boys loved the diver demonstration. He talked about the fish, coral, turtles, and how to help save the ocean. It was so neat.
After the talk you could go up and give the diver high fives.
The playground was fun.
They have fun together.
I love him!
He got a balloon sword.
Playground fun.
I'm so lucky to have these four boys!
Don't forget to pack me!
This morning we ate breakfast at our hotel and walked around outside. There was a big 5K race and lots of activity around downtown. We checked out some boats and loved looking at them. We then went back and packed up our room and checked out. We packed up in the car and then walked to the aquarium. The Florida Aquarium is within walking distance and it was so nice to go there. It is a great facility with so many neat areas. The boys loved the alligators, crocodiles, and sharks. They had some really big fish too! I wish we knew about the splash area and outside play park for the boys. Since we didn't have suits and were already packed we didn't play in the water, but would definitely go back again. It was a great time and we all had fun. After having fun we ate a late lunch outside at Hooters. We tried to soak up all the time we could outside enjoying the warm sun. We walked along the Riverwalk back to the hotel and by the water and then spent some time on the playground. We were able to see some Dragon boats and people in the water. We got our car and then drove to Clearwater and looked at the beach and stopped to get ice cream before heading to the airport. We had a great flight home and the boys did great. A direct flight is so nice. We got home around 11:30 pm and were all tired and ready to sleep in our own beds.

My Favorite

He didn't get a nap again and fell asleep on the ride home. He was out for the night. We changed his jammies and got him in bed and that was it. All of the swimming and playing wears him out and he sleeps great!
The sky as we were driving into the village.
He was working on some strokes. We are hoping Mr. Jake will teach swimming again this summer.
A little floating on his back.
They love Daddy to throw them in the water.
Love those big eyes!
He was serious about carrying his big shovel.
He loves the ocean just like his Mommy!
The cold water didn't seem to bother the boys at all.
\
' Three brothers having a great time at the beach.
Learning from his big brother.
Hooray for the beach!
Parker's first time to walk on the beach.
He loved his lunch.
Parker tried some shells too.
Yeah!
My favorite place in all the world is Siesta Key Beach. I love it and have such fond special memories from my time there over my entire life. When Tom found out Friday he was free and could take the day off I knew what I wanted to do. It truly was my perfect day, if I could pick anything to do for one day this would be it. It was perfect! Tom worked in the morning and the boys and I ate breakfast and then got ready to leave for the beach. We left around 10:30 and stopped at Demetrio's for lunch on the way. The boys were so excited!!! All of our favorite people were working and the boys had their shells within minutes of sitting down. Cooper ate two plates and Baylor loved his meal too. Tom and I were quite happy too. Afterwards we headed to the beach. When we pulled in to Crescent Arms Cooper said I knew we had our beach house, I found it. I think he was confused the whole time about where we were staying. The house was rented so we could not go in, but we were able to borrow some beach toys form a friend. The boys had the best time at the beach and played for a long time. They are going to love our time there this summer. Parker is another beach baby and kept trying to walk right into the freezing cold water. It was a beautiful day. After a few hours at the beach we went to swim at the pool. We swam until 6:00 pm and had the whole pool to ourselves for the last hour. The boys loved their time and enjoyed having Daddy swim with them. After showering at the pool and changing we headed to the village for dinner. We ate at the Old Salty Dog and then got ice cream at Big Olaf's. Before leaving for the night we stopped at the Beach Bazaar and the boys picked a prize. It truly was my perfect day!!!!
