Breakfast with Santa

On Saturday morning we went to the Indiana State Museum with Mimi and Pop for the Santa Breakfast. It's always a great way to kick off the holiday season. The boys were excited!
Parker kept saying Santa Santa Ho Ho Ho.

I wasn't sure if he would sit on his lap but he was excited talking about Santa.

First up was a delicious breakfast.

Coop wanted to sit by Mimi and Pop.

He was so excited.

Baylor sat by Mommy and Daddy.

Mrs. Claus was excited to see the boys again. She commented on how big they are this year. She remembered them from last year when they greeted Santa on his helicopter the day after Thanksgiving.

Mrs. Claus delivered the boys special presents from Santa. They all got a little Santa and Rudolph key chain and a new ornament.

Parker got a Mickey ornament.

Cooper got a Spiderman ornament.

Baylor got Phineas and Ferb for his ornament.

Happy Boy!

Then it was time to see Santa and ride the Christmas train.

He's a big momma's boy but he loves his Daddy too.

Baylor checking out Santa. He said it's him, he will visit all Santa's but he says this is the real one. We have visited him at the State Museum almost weekly during this holidays since he was a baby.

No tears all smiles.

Parker went right up to Santa and sat on his lap right away.

We'll be visiting again throughout the season.

I'm linking up for InstaFriday again. These are some pictures from the last two weeks.

Parker's second birthday is one week away! How did it sneak up on me so quickly. I have been busy on Mickey headbands, games, and favors. I think we are almost ready.
When we go shopping Parker likes to get play gift cards and pretend to be swiping them in his stroller. He then says pay, he's been shopping a few times.

The boys watched Home Alone for the first time this weekend.
After a folding marathon I texted Tom that I was not accepting new laundry for a day. I love looking at empty baskets but it doesn't last for long!
Daddy did his hair one morning.

There were snow flurries coming down when he got off the bus.
Tom went to the Monday Night Football game in Greenbay and texted me this picture.

Baylor has made lots of purple pups since his art class. My favorite one was when he made it with Maddy in art on a big sheet of butcher paper and then they split it into two pieces so they could each bring a part home.

I love this candle.

Parker loves chips and salsa just like me.

I love to watch him sleep.

I've added these two videos too. The first one is the boys dancing when we were decorating. I love Parker jumping and watching his big brothers. The second one is when I was laying down with Parker and he was singing Jesus Joy. I love to hear his sweet voice sing about Jesus.

Happy Thanksgiving from our family.

We have so much to be thankful for!
We had a nice morning at home. Daddy cooked breakfast and we watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade together. The boys loved watching the parade and were busy dancing and singing throughout. Then we headed to Aunt Von's house for Thanksgiving lunch. Everything was so yummy!

The boys love Sarah and had fun playing with Emme too. Drake and Parker played together too, it's cute to see them together in their matching turkey outfits.

After lunch we headed to Mimi's house for dessert and games.

Our first game was the turkey feather hunt. Tom turkey lost feathers all over Mimi's yard and they had to be found. The competition was fierce. Uncle Jeff was running and Baylor tried to zoom ahead of him. The prize table had items worth fighting for.

Then we had the turkey toss. After a fierce competition Andy and Joe tied in a sudden death final round.

Our final game was Thanksgiving Jingo. I took Parker and Drake to look at the Santa village during Jingo and they loved seeing everything. Parker was showing Drake Santa. We also sang Christmas carols to ring in the Holiday season.

Then we had dessert! We had butterscotch pie, pumpkin pie, banana cream pie, cupcakes from the Cakehole, and cookies from the Cookie Closet. We were all ready for a nap after all the food and sweets. We had a great day with our family!

All I Want...

On Thanksgiving Eve we had movie night at home.
We watched "All I Want for Christmas Is A Dog Charlie Brown". It was a perfect movie for our little boys.

Parker got a little side tracked and read his Santa book during the movie. We had hot cocoa at intermission.

While I cooked dinner the boys colored Christmas pictures and we listened to Christmas music on Pandora. There was a little dancing too.

I love to color too! Parker helped me:).

He was coloring in the Care Bear Christmas coloring book.

Baylor was busy at nap time wrapping presents for people and working on making some gifts.

Parker got a birthday present today when the UPS man came. He loves his presents and was so happy! I can't believe his party is next weekend, oh my I have lots to do.
