Busy Day

Thursday was a busy day!  I've been trying to volunteer in Baylor's class this semester once a week.  I love going and he likes for me to be there.  I usually go for the morning and help with reading groups and then any individual testing or work with kids.  Love this boy!

 It's fun to watch him in school and see his personality!

 Then Mimi and I went to lunch with Amy and Charlene.  We met for lunch at Bravo and had the best time.  I miss both of them!

 We did a little shopping too.  This cute crab hat came home with us from Hanna Anderson.  

 After school I took Baylor to Dr. Potter for an eye exam.  He's been having a hard time reading the ticker and scores when watching basketball games.  He does need glasses.  He was really upset and was crying when he got in the car.  He had glasses before but didn't have to wear them all the time, he really needs to now and his prescription has changed.  It's going to be an adjustment.  We were happy to go home because Daddy was back!

NPE Jog a Thon

Every year Baylor's school has a Jog A Thon.  The kids love it and have a great time.  

I was able to go and help when the second graders ran.

Baylor is blessed to have such an awesome gym teacher.  I love Mrs. Roudabush and all the fun and exciting things she does with the kids.  She was explaining jog a thon to them before they started to run.

This was my group.  I was in charge of counting their laps.  They had 10 minutes to run as many laps as they could.

Sweetie's Birthday Dinner

 After basketball practice Baylor and I met Mimi, Tina, Sharmin and Sweetie at Olive Garden to celebrate Sweetie's 25th birthday.  She is such a sweet girl!

Parker's Date with Mimi

When I went to lunch with friends Mimi took Parker on a special date to Chuckie Cheese.  He had been counting down the days to go.

He was excited to have the day be all about him!

He thought it was pretty special to go somewhere with just Mimi.

He couldn't wait to get home and tell his brothers where he went without them!

Great Wolf Lodge Part 2

Sunday morning everyone slept in a little and then they were ready to hit the water once again.

We ate breakfast at the hotel to gear up for a busy day of swimming.

Love these boys!  We had a family suite room that was big enough for all of us.

At nap time I took the little two boys up to the room to nap and Daddy took the older boys to the arcade to play.  Then it was back to the pool for the rest of the evening.

Taking a break in the stroller watching a little Mickey.  We swam for a bit on Monday too and then drove home so Tom could leave on a trip and Baylor could get to basketball practice.  It was a fun family weekend together!
