Pumpkin Carving

The bat pumpkin and Baylor.
The power was out but that didn't stop these master carvers.

I think I recognize the shirt Baylor is wearing. Could it be fiesta again.

We carved our first pumpkins and Baylor picked a bat. His favorite part is scooping out the insides and using the pumpkin carving tools. How fun to actually be allowed to hold a mini carver. We carved in the kitchen and Cooper watched the entire time. He crawled around on the floor looking for stray seeds or pumpkin pieces he could acquire. The exciting part of the pumpkin carving was when the power went off and we had to finish by candlelight and with the help of a flashlight. The pumpkin looked great in the dark and made it extra spooky.
