Mama got the giggles during lunch. Mom and I knew what was funny without her even saying.
Megan and Katie sang White Christmas before we left. It was beautiful.Mama hosted her annual Christmas luncheon today at the Propylaeum downtown. The beautiful home was built in 1890 and has so much charm. It was a lovely day with good friends and family. Before lunch we went on a tour of the home. The original owners were from Germany and owned a brewery company downtown in the building that later became Lilly. The home is huge and has a ballroom on the third floor. It was so beautiful and has many special details. I am sure there have been many fabulous parties over the years in the ballroom. How fun to grow up in a house like this. When we were leaving Megan and I pretended like it was our home. What fun to dream!
