How Does Your Garden Grow?

Dandelions were used for lots of things during prairie times.

Checking out the raised garden beds.

Smelling some fresh picked chive.

Dancing around the May pole.

We had a great class at Conner Prairie today about gardens and spring planting. We toured all the outdoor gardens and learned about lots of plants. Baylor loved smelling and touching all the plants. The biggest highlight outside were the new baby pigs that were only three days old. They were so cute. When we came back inside the kids made a may basket and a corsage. It was lots of fun and he did a great job. We love being able to be outside!
