Dinner with Joe

Tonight we all went to dinner at P.F. Chang's. This was Joe's pick before he leaves for grad. school in the morning. We had so much fun together tonight and enjoyed our dinner. It was quite delicious. The tiny desserts there are so yummy. I would go just for the desserts. We have so enjoyed our time with Joe and love him dearly. It has been great to spend so much time with him over the past few days. It is sad to know he is going so far away and that we might not see him until Thanksgiving. I am so excited for him and the opportunities that await him during the upcoming year. We love you and are going to miss you Uncle Joe!
