Hallelujah!

HE knows my name...
Parker Thomas Hurst
Now glory be to GOD, who by his mighty power at work within you is able to do far more than you would ever dare to ask or even dream of. Infinitely beyond your highest prayers, desires, thoughts, or hopes.
Ephesians 3:20-21
In case there was any doubt, he showed himself again. We are definitely having a new little boy!

This morning we had our appointment for the echogenic focus level 2 ultrasound. We found out last week that there was a bright spot on the left valve in our little man's heart. It has been a stressful week waiting for this appointment, but so many people have been praying and lifting us up. The ultrasound lasted for about 45 minutes with the tech and then the doctor came in and did a scan and went over everything. This bright spot can be a marker for Downs syndrome and other chromosomal disorders so they check every bone, body part, etc. and measure everything. We could see all the body parts and could even see blood flow and liquid to and from the organs. If I was not so nervous I would have been more in awe at how amazing it really is to see all of this when the baby is inside. What a miracle. We are so thankful that everything looks good on the baby and the doctor said she guaranteed that the spot or calcium deposit would go away before delivery. She said she sees a "happy" baby! We are praising the Lord and are so thankful! God is Good!

For the LORD is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endureth to all generations.
Psalm 100:5

Praise BE! God is good, isn't he? All it took is you realizing His peace....that was a challenge, wasn't it? Parker is a great name. Baylor, Cooper, and Parker! Love it! Congratulations!
