New Recipe

Here are all the ingredients needed to make the Baked Chicken Penne dish.

I found the recipe on www.ourbestbites.com. I love this site and so many of the dishes look yummy. I had a hard time picking one, there are so many things I want to try after not having a kitchen for so long. I am actually excited to cook at home!

Tom texted me on his way home how dinner was coming and I sent him this picture as my response. The hardest part of the recipe was making the roux. I have never done that before. The finished dish. It was delicious!
