Caramel Apple Festival at Tuttle's

Saturday was a fun family day.  The weather was perfect and we were excited to be all together.
Tuttle's Orchard had their fall kick off day and we were excited to go.
We had a tasty lunch.  We had brats and hot dogs, roasted corn, chips, and fresh applesauce.  They were also having a pie baking contest and had samples you could taste.
Yum!
The corn was so good!
The boys all loved the bees.
Looking for the queen.
Then we headed to the play area.  Tuttle's apple crop was hit with the bad spring weather and they do not have any apples for picking this year.
In the hay maze.

Swinging with Daddy.
Parker driving the tractor.
The corn house.
Having fun.
The hay pile.

There was another family from our church and the boys all had fun playing together.
Tractor riding.
Best pals.
Park trying to work the pedals.
Think he's a little big.
The sunflowers were beautiful.
Happy flowers.
We went through the maze.
We picked some sunflowers to take home.  Since it was opening day you could pick them for $1.00 per flower and they were huge.  They looked so pretty on the counter.  We ended our day in the store with caramel apples and pumpkin pie slushies.
