Soaking up the Sun

While some of these pictures are ones I took most of them are from Jamie. She had her big, nice, awesome camera with her that takes amazing pictures with her. Andrea actually was teasing her that it looked like she was doing a story for the Daily Reporter.
What a goofball!
Jumping with the shark.
Future cheerleader?
It's a bird, it's a plane, it's SuperDrew!
Grant doing the frog or kangaroo.
What a great group of kids.
They had so much fun.
They didn't mind that we kept asking them to jump again and again to take more pictures.
They were having fun.
Soaking up the sun.
They all loved the food we all brought.
Parker was stuck with pears and squash but did get a popsicle.
Bathing beauty.

Mama's yard is great for tag.
So thankful for great friends.
We are in the final week before school starts. I can't believe summer has flown by so quickly. We have had a wonderful summer and have had so much fun with our friends and family. Today we went to Mama's pool with the Potters and Purcells. Baylor and Cooper were so excited to swim with Maddy, Drew, Jack and Grant. The kids were so good and had so much fun together. I had a great time talking with Jamie and Andrea. These two girls are so sweet and so much fun to be around. I am so thankful for my friends and their sweet kids! It was back to being really hot again today and was the perfect weather for the pool. The kids had such a great time swimming, jumping, and playing tag in the backyard. We had a yummy lunch at the pool and of course popsicles. We are trying to soak up all the summer rays we can before school. Thankfully with morning kindergarten we will still be able to enjoy many more "summer" like days in August and September.

I cannot believe that you all will be starting school next week!!! Our students don't go back until the day after Labor Day...BUT we don't get out of school until around June 15th!! Baylor will do well, between you and Mimi you have given him so many opportunities...he is one lucky boy to have a mom and grandma who are so involved with his life.
