A Day on the Water

We started our day with breakfast on the deck. Mammaw and Pappaw have a great outside space and the view of the water is beautiful.
Parker had fun playing outside while the big boys went with Daddy and Pappaw to get the boat in the water.

Then we spent the day on the water having fun.

Both boys had fun tubing. Cooper couldn't wait and he went first. He was grinning from ear to ear and loved every single minute of his ride.

Baylor had fun too.

Mammaw and Baylor. It was a beautiful day and felt great out on the water.

Parker had fun on the boat. When we would stop the boat he would say more.

We anchored at a little beach area and did some exploring.

Baylor found lots of rocks and brought them back to Mammaw and Pappaw's house.

They live on Lake Martin and there is 700 miles of shore line so it is a huge lake. The water is so clear and warm making it perfect to swim in.

Instead of a shovel Parker took to the oar.

He had a great time and fell asleep on the boat ride back. I laid him down and changed him and he never woke up.

After nap Pappaw and Daddy took the big boys next door to a large pond that is stocked with fish. They caught lots of fish. This is what the boys have been waiting for.

Coop caught two fish right away and he was thrilled.

They had so much fun.

They loved fishing with Pappaw. The neighbor with the pond also has wild turkeys and we could hear them making lots of noise.

Parker stayed inside with me and we watched out the big window for the brothers.

After dinner and bath the boys played legos with Pappaw and watched cartoons before bed. It was a great day on the water.
