We were excited to do another round of freezer meals with Tricia this week. She planned it all out again and we cooked at her house. The freezer meals have been such a great addition to our dinners. It's so nice to have options in the evening. Tricia has been such a blessing!!!! She's much more advanced in her cooking skills than I am so it's fun to learn new things.
It's a fun group and cooking is actually fun!
I did chicken pot pie this time.
Rachel and Amy worked on the beef marinade.
Nicole worked on the black bean wraps that we actually ate for dinner on Monday night and I loved them! They are so tasty and a new favorite for dinner.
This time we made black bean wraps, beef tip marinade, chicken pot pie, breakfast casserole, winter barley, cranberry chicken, and cinnamon rolls.
Sarah was on chopping duty.
Fun times!We put our cooking day for January on the calendar:).
