Pot Roast

He really liked the whip cream.
Yummy!
Time to eat.
8 hours later.
All together let the cooking begin.
With Tom's work schedule this week Monday was the only night that worked for dinner. As soon as we dropped Baylor off the little boys and I ran to Marsh and got all the ingredients we needed and then dropped them off at home. I had to help set up for our Mops meeting at church and needed to be there at 9:00 am. We actually made it in time. After set up I hurried home and cut everything up and got the crock pot ready for the pot roast. I found the recipe on the Campbell's website and it was so easy. I just added a can of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, water, rump roast, potatoes, carrots, and onions, and cooked it on low in the crock pot for eight hours. The house smelled so good during the day and it was so nice to have a tasty dinner ready to go. I also made mashed potatoes and corn for the boys and we had pumpkin pie for dessert. It was another success.
